Membership is open to every adult male Catholic who is:

a. Married in the Catholic Church and is living with his wife as a married Catholic couple.
b. Not be less than thirty-five (35) years of age at the time he seeks membership.

c. Sufficiently grounded in the Faith and traditions of the Catholic Church;

d. Adjudged to be financially capable to maintain his membership and assist the Church in propagating the faith.
