The Catholic Men’s Guild (CMG) of the Church of the Assumption Falomo, celebrated her 2022 annual Conference, Feast Day Celebrations and Induction of New members.

The Conference was held on Saturday 25th June 2022 at the Church hall. While the Patron Feast Day Celebration and Induction of New Members was held on Sunday 26th June 2022.

The Chairman of the Conference was Rev. Fr. George Ehusani, while the Keynote Speaker was Dr. Peter Obi. He spoke on the topic: “THE QUEST FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE IN NIGERIA – AN INTERROGATION OF THE ROLE OF CHRISTAINS IN POLITICS”.

The Host was Rev. Fr. Francis Ike, Parish Priest of the Church of the Assumption, Falomo, Lagos.

A number of Speakers (Senator Mike Ajegbo and Barrister Liborous Oshoma ) were invited to provide various perspectives on the topic.

The Patron Feast Day Celebration and Induction of New members which has been traditionally celebrated by members of the Guild with a few guests was anchored by the President, Bro. Sylvester Ngini.
